Coach Mentor and consultant
Helping coaches grow in the places that books and workshops can’t reach.
You’re here because you already know coaching is more than drills, tactics, and game plans.
I know that too—and my work is built around helping coaches grow in the human side of coaching: how you think, how you lead, how you connect, and how you make sense of the moments that happen in real time.
That’s the part of coaching I care about, and it’s where I do my best work.

Hi, I’m Beth.
I’m a coach developer and performance consultant who works with coaches who care deeply — about their athletes, their impact, and their own growth.
That’s why my work focuses on real environments, real interactions, and real reflection.

I’ve always been fascinated by the layers of coaching that don’t show up on stat sheets: the split-second decisions, the conversations that linger, the habits you didn’t realize you had, and the values you’re trying to live out under pressure.
Over the years, I’ve learned that the most meaningful growth doesn’t happen in a workshop or in a book. It happens in context — in the chaos of a drill, the energy of a game, the awkwardness of a tough conversation, and the quiet drive home afterward.

I earned my Master’s in Leadership and also Coach Developer certifications through the National Coaching Certification Program with the Coaching Association of Canada, and I’ve spent the last 20 years supporting coaches worldwide; work recognized with a national coach development award in 2022.
My approach: growth happens when you slow down your thinking.
Most PD gives you information, yet I want to help you build insight.
Because insight changes how you see yourself as a coach.
My approach blends curiosity, collaboration, challenge, and reflection. I’m not here to judge you, fix you, or hand you a binder full of strategies you’ll never use.
Together, we use my 4P+R lens — Planning, Performance, People, Personal well-being, and Reflection — to explore your coaching in a deeper, more structured way.
I’m here to help you understand:
Who I love working with
I work best with coaches who:
- Are already experienced and competent
- Want to feel more intentional and grounded in their decisions
- Care deeply about their athletes as whole people
- Are willing to reflect, be challenged, and examine their habits
- Believe coaching is both a craft and a responsibility
If you’re not looking for a quick fix or a motivational script…
If you’re willing to look at yourself honestly and grow your capacity as a leader…
If you want to feel more aligned with your values and more confident in the moments that matter…
Then we’ll work really well together.
What coaches often tell me (before we work together)
I hear versions of this all the time:
- “I’m doing a lot… but I’m not sure it’s the right stuff.”
- “I know I have blind spots, but I can’t see them from under all the things I have to do.”
- “I’m reacting instead of leading with intention.”
- “I want someone who understands coaching and can help me make sense of things.”
- “I want to be the coach my athletes deserve, and I’m not sure how to get there.”
- “I feel like I’m giving all I have but I’m also not appreciated like I should be.”
- “I want to be a coach who makes such an impact that that athlete wants to invite me to their wedding 10 years later!”
My job is to step into your actual coaching life — practices, games, meetings, conversations — and help you unpack what’s happening with clarity and support.
What makes my approach different
My goal is to help you become the next version of the coach you already are — with more clarity, more confidence, and more alignment. I’m not giving you a script or handing you generic strategies. Instead, you get:
Why I do this work
Coaches deserve support that goes deeper — support that recognizes the emotional, relational, and intellectual work that coaching really requires. I do this work because:
- Reflection accelerates learning
- Clarity reduces overwhelm
- Self-awareness improves leadership
- Well-being supports performance
- And coaching is too important to keep doing alone
Outside of coaching…
When I’m not working with coaches, you’ll usually find me reading (usually something that applies to coaching…) or watching any sport (preferably live!).
I love coaching, spending time in the woods with my dog, experimenting with making cocktails, and any excuse to meet up with humans in real life. I love re-connecting with former athletes and coaches and seeing what they are doing to impact the world.
My ideal weekend varies wildly – sometimes it’s attending a game as a fan, other times it’s taking some downtime with my family at home, and sometimes it’s working with coaches in all sorts of destinations!

If you’re ready to grow with depth, intention, and support… let’s talk.
I’d love to hear what’s on your mind, what’s been challenging you, and what kind of coach you want to become next.
“Working with Beth helped me balance ambition with realistic expectations. Her guidance on emotional awareness shifted how I approached goal-setting and preparation. As a result, I entered the next season more grounded, intentional, and effective in leading my team.”
