Personalized Coaching Support

Full Expedition Package

A high-touch, all-inclusive coaching partnership with in-person observation, deep reflective work, and full access to every layer of support I offer.

Some coaches are ready for a level of growth that simply can’t happen through video clips, Zoom calls, or theoretical examples. They want someone in the room, on the sideline, in the meeting; someone who can see the real-time decisions and the thousands of micro-moments that shape their coaching.

If you want the deepest level of insight, the fastest growth, and the most personalized experience I can provide, this is it.

In-person observation changes everything

Video is valuable, but being physically present in your environment allows me to see:

These details matter, and they’re often the difference between a good coach and an exceptional one.

During an in-person immersion, I’m able to capture nuance you simply cannot see from inside the work and those insights create long-term transformation.

What this experience is like

This is not a “come in and fix everything” program. It’s a collaborative, high-trust partnership designed to:

Coaches who choose this option are ready for honesty, curiosity, challenge, and a level of support that goes far beyond traditional professional development.

  • “There’s an inflection point in the growth of my coaching ability, and it’s marked by my time with Beth. Her generous spirit and infinite wisdom are unmatched. I used to struggle to lead teams with confidence. Beth helped me discover and understand where to find strength and clarity as a leader, and now I feel well-equipped to deal with whatever comes my way.” – Brent Hall, University of the Fraser Valley Women’s Volleyball
  • “When you speak with Beth you can feel her interest in your coaching. Beth is a knowledgeable facilitator, an attentive listener and skillful translator of the theories of leadership into practical and meaningful advice for coaches..” –Darcy Cumming, Lead Cohort Mentor Advanced Coaching Diploma Program, Former Scottish National Sprints, Hurdles, and Relays Coach
  • “As a  Women’s College Golf Coach navigating a male-dominated profession, her guidance helped me sharpen my communication style, strengthen my athlete and coaching programming, and grow more confident in one-on-one mentoring. Beth has the ability to meet you where you are, challenge you thoughtfully, and equip you with practical tools (and homework!) that immediately elevate how you lead your team. I am a better coach and a more intentional leader because of her influence.” – Rachel Pollock, Head Women’s Golf Coach, University of Louisiana Munroe

Choose your investment option

A coach developer is like a mountain guide for a reason: they don’t carry you to the summit; they help you climb in a way that’s safer, clearer, and more sustainable. A good guide starts by reading the landscape with you: your goals, your current conditioning, the weather you’re working in (context, constraints, culture), and the real risks on the route (habits that trip you up, blind spots, burnout, poor feedback loops). They help you choose a line that fits who you are and where you are, not a generic trail someone else says you “should” take.

FAQ

This is for experienced coaches who are ready for deep reflection, honest feedback, and meaningful change. Coaches who choose this option are often leaders within their programs and want a clearer understanding of their impact, habits, and decision-making in real time.

Most coaching relies on self-report, video clips, or conversation alone. The Full Expedition Package adds in-person observation, which allows me to see nuance you can’t access from inside the work — communication patterns, timing, emotional tone, staff dynamics, and how decisions unfold under pressure.

The immersion is tailored to your context. It may include observing practices or games, attending staff meetings, having individual conversations with staff, offering real-time feedback, and holding debrief and reflection sessions. The goal is understanding — not evaluation or judgment.

If applicable, staff involvement is integrated thoughtfully. That may include staff development sessions, observation of staff interactions, or 1:1 conversations with key leaders. The extent depends on your role and goals, and we’ll clarify that in advance.

The in-person immersion is intensive by design. Outside of that, time commitments include regular 1:1 sessions and ongoing reflection. This package is best suited for coaches who are willing to create space for deep work rather than treating it as an add-on.

Because lasting change takes time. The depth of insight gained through in-person work becomes far more powerful when paired with ongoing reflection, coaching, and support across a season or year.

Start with the application. We’ll have a conversation to explore your goals, context, and whether the Full Expedition Package is the right fit for you.
